Refund & Exchange Policy (Web Purchases Only)

Request a refund for regular priced items within 3 days of delivery. Request an exchange or online site credit for regular priced items within 14 days of delivery.

All items returned must be in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags attached and with original packaging and/or box.

Sale and discounted items are final sales, as well as jewelry, swimwear, control garments, and all foundations with a gusset.

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.

Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.

Completing a return or exchange:

  1. Email all return or exchange requests to info@closetoyou.ca with “online return request” in the subject line. Include the original order number, inventory code number, and the reason you wish to return it.
  2. Once approved, a 'Return Authorization’ code will be issued.
  3. Package the item(s) for shipping and write the Return Authorization code on the outside of the package - "RA #_______".
  4. Return by Canada Post or United States Postal Service to the address below.

You will be notified by email once an exchange, refund or store credit has been issued. All refunds are made to the original payment method.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

Shipping charges are paid by the client on all exchanges unless the exchange was necessitated by a shipping error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Close To you is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Credit card returns can take up to one week to appear on billing statement. Please contact your credit card company should you require refund information.

NOTE: Close To You is not responsible for shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.



In-Store Purchases Refund & Exchange Policy

Purchases made in-store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We will gladly exchange or provide a store credit for eligible products returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

In order to be eligible for exchange or credit, garments must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn and with all original tags attached.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of intimate garments (panties, thongs etc.) nor any lingerie set including these items if the item has been tried on or worn.

Sale merchandise is final sale and no returns will be accepted. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
