Refunds & Exchanges
Regular priced items may be returned by post for a refund within 3 days of receipt of goods. Regular priced items may be returned for exchange or online site credit within 14 days of original purchase date. All items returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, with all original tags attached and with original packaging and/or box. Sale and discounted items are final sales as well as jewelry, swimwear, control garments, and all foundations with a gusset. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
Email all return or exchange requests to email@example.com with “online return request” in the subject line. Include the original order number, inventory code number and the reason you wish to return it. Once approved, a ‘return authorization’ code will be issued and will be required to be showing on the outside of the returned package. Return by Canada Post or United States Postal Service.

You will be notified by email once an exchange, refund or store credit has been issued. All refunds are made to the original payment method. Shipping charges are paid by the client on all exchanges unless the exchange was necessitated by a shipping error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. Close To you is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
