Canada Post is experiencing some shipping delays due to an increase in deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic. For US orders, there may be additional delays due to regional shipping interruptions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for our Canadian clients, we are offering shipping rates across Canada of only $10 for purchases up to $100 and free shipping for purchases above $100.
For our US clients, we are offering a flat rate of $20.
We are unable to ship outside of Canada or the USA at this time.
We aim to ship out all orders within 5 business days pending availability and verification of payment. We will contact you via email once your order has been shipped.
Orders are shipped out via Canada Post and delivery times may vary due to location, weather, etc.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes outside of the sale and shipping costs. Close To You cannot take responsibility for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your package. On occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of a package; therefore, Close To You cannot guarantee a delivery date. Duties and taxes are calculated after your package crosses the border.
If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Close To You is not responsible if it is lost. If the package is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the item(s) purchased. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
